Over $37,000 worth of Cadbury Creme Eggs were stolen in an "eggs-extravagant theft" in London. The West Mercia Police in western England announced Tuesday that Joby Pool, 32, had been charged with criminal damage and theft.

Chocolate eggs and other varieties of chocolate were stolen from a unit Saturday in Telford, police said. An Easter Bunny-like vehicle was stopped after the theft, and the suspect was arrested.

prosecutors said Pool planned "significantly" to steal Cadbury Creme Eggs, BBC reported. Pool stole eggs from a trailer using a stolen truck with false plates, according to the BBC. To gain access to the trailer, he used a metal grinder, prosecutors said.

A BBC report said the haul was valued at about $37,000, or more than £31,000.

Tuesday, police reported Pool pleaded guilty to all charges and will remain in custody until his March sentencing.
