Donald Trump ‘Confessed’ to Committing Crimes: Glenn Kirschner

Because he already “confessed” to taking highly classified documents to his Mar-a-Lago home after leaving the White House last year.

"It is long past time to arrest Donald Trump for his obvious crimes, his ongoing crimes. Crimes to which he has confessed,” Kirschner said in a video he posted to Twitter.

He actually said ‘I took these documents’ more openly and more transparently than other presidents. It is not like there is some challenge

Kirschner said that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is treating Trump differently as it continues to investigate his mishandling of classified documents

Meanwhile, Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in regard to the documents and said that any classified documents that he took had already been declassified.

The DOJ recently asked Washington, D.C., District Chief Judge Beryl Howell to hold Trump’s office in contempt of court for failing to comply with a subpoena.

Kirschner said that the DOJ is putting Trump a “little above the law” by not treating him the same way any American who commits crimes would be treated.
