Spotify does build playlists for users based on their most listened to songs or artists, but Instafest, like the Spotify Pie Chart, is a third-party website created by University of Southern California student Anshay Saboo.
You will be asked to join in to your Spotify account and grant the app access to your listening history on the internet. Your Instafest will be made and displayed once you have been granted permission.

Your Instafest will feature 36 of your favourite musicians, with your favourites headlining each day of the fictitious three-day festival. Once created, you can select whether your top artists are chosen from the last four weeks, six months, or all-time.
